Please read the below points carefully for booking on. We are still doing our best to keep everyone as safe as we can in these challenging times. Notice To Existing Members:<\/h1>\n

All members must RETAIN their email inductions received from Cowm Leisure, including the reply, this is your evidence that you have done the induction and have paid for your membership. If you do not retain the email, you will have to pay the membership fee again. So please KEEP YOUR INDUCTION EMAIL. <\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

BOOKING ON PROCEDURE.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

 EXISTING MEMBERS <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

Each van driver attending needs to fill in a booking form to take up one space as we have limited numbers for parking. Only van drivers need to book in, and existing members are permitted to attend with those van drivers in their van. <\/h4>\n

NEW MEMBERS<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

Each new member, over the age of 18, will need to send separate texts to 07970 101 879 with their name, the date they wish to ride, the bike they have, and an email address. They will then receive an induction email to complete before their first visit. These text’s need to be received before the Friday of the week that you intend to ride. <\/p>\n

Parents or Guardians who wish their child to attend, must do the same as above and provide the child’s details with a valid email address that the parent or guardian has access to, to receive the induction, all parents and guardians must be present on their child’s first visit to site. (Please see below about Letter’s Of Authority if you wish your child to attend with anyone who isn’t legally responsible for them.)<\/p>\n

4×4 Days Currently <\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

Suspended for 2025<\/span> <\/span><\/h1>\n

At present we are suspending our monthly 4X4 Pay and Play days until further notice. We are currently looking in to resolving this, but at present its out of our hands. Thanks for everyone’s continued support.<\/p>\n

LETTERS OF <\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

AUTHORITY<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

In order for your child to attend, ride and spectate on site, a parent or guardian will need to fill out a Letter of Authority form on site. Until this is in place, children cannot attend the site without a parent or guardian present. If you have any questions, about any of the above, please do not hesitate to contact us. <\/p>\n
